Clerk Grade 9/10, base salary ($129,464 - $142,665), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

Your role

Identify, analyse, and improve business systems, processes, and workflows to align with the strategic and operational goals of the Courts, Tribunals and Service Delivery (CTSD) Division. Support complex reform initiatives, including workforce and technology transitions, through evidence-based analysis, strong stakeholder engagement, and close collaboration to enable future-ready technology and service delivery models.

What you’ll do

Plan and deliver business analysis for approved initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities.

Analyse business needs, processes, and information flows to define clear, user-focused requirements and solution improvements.

Apply structured frameworks to monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve business analysis practices.

Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships to gather insights, resolve issues, and inform decision-making and service improvements.

Contribute to solution design, customer insights, journey mapping, and options analysis in collaboration with project teams.

Support end-to-end delivery by contributing to project planning, change and transition activities, and communicating technical concepts in plain language.
