Salary starting from $97,401 (depending on experience) plus 15.4% superannuation

The team
ASIC's Registry Operations team manages some of Australia's most critical business registers, serving millions of companies and business names. We support users across the economy, from businesses and professionals to government and the public - helping them register, manage and access vital information, and providing assistance at every stage of their registry journey.
The role
As a Lead Product Analyst, you'll shape and optimise the digital tools underpinning registry operations - translating business needs into impactful solutions. You'll partner with stakeholders to deliver user-focused outcomes while mentoring junior team members and driving continuous improvement.
You will be accountable for:
Leading analysis, design and delivery of business applications and digital tools supporting registry operations
Providing expert advice on process improvement, digital platforms and workflow automation (including Genesys CX where relevant)
Eliciting and translating business and functional requirements into practical, scalable solutions
Driving process optimisation, automation and system integrations using digital and low-code tools
Developing and maintaining clear documentation (process maps, specifications and user guides)
Mentoring junior team members and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective, business-aligned outcomes
About you
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience, with strong Genesys CX and digital delivery expertise
Proven capability in business analysis, automation and digital solutions, including scripting and low-code tools
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience mentoring teams and driving business improvement
