Job Description

Business Development

Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.

Build strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel partners, associations, and key decision-makers.

Develop business from assigned market segments through strategic account penetration and prospecting.

Represent the hotel at industry events, networking forums, trade shows, and client engagements.

Account Management

Manage assigned accounts, including contracting, negotiations, renewals, and relationship management.

Conduct regular account reviews and develop strategies to increase market share and revenue contribution.

Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, proposals, contracts, and client communications.

Sales Activities

Achieve targeted sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections.

Prepare and execute monthly sales action plans aligned with business objectives.

Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.

Conduct negotiations to maximize profitability while meeting client expectations.

Market Intelligence

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.

Identify emerging opportunities and recommend strategies to enhance business performance.

Share market insights and business opportunities with the leadership team.

Customer Experience

Ensure seamless coordination between sales and operations teams for successful event execution.

Maintain strong client engagement throughout the sales cycle to drive repeat business and referrals.

Meet and engage with key clients and VIP guests to strengthen relationships and service delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of hotel sales experience.

Strong exposure to Corporate and/or MICE business.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-driven, commercially focused, and proactive in identifying opportunities.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
