About the role
Responsibilities:
Assist senior sales staff with customer interaction, product presentations and sales strategies.
Learn the intricacies of our jewellery collections, including materials, design elements and pricing.
Develop strong relationships with new and existing clientele, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
Stay informed about current jewellery trends, competitor activity and market demands.
Participate in sales meetings, providing valuable insights and contributing to sales strategies.
Assist with sales reports, MIS and data analysis.
Monitoring & streamlining store operations.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and engaging demeanor.
Eagerness to learn and a passion for the jewellery industry.
Excellent customer service orientation with a commitment to building rapport.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Pay: From ₹450,000.00 per year
