KeyResponsibilities:
Administer and support a wide range of DevOps and SDLC tools including:
o GitHub (including Copilot, Actions, and Advanced Security)
o Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo)
o Artifactory, LaunchDarkly, Sauce Labs, MABL, JetBrains IDEs
o Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
o Manage infrastructure across Windows and Linux environments
o Oversee cloud-based services and infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
o Perform regular certificate rotations and ensure timely currency patching
o Maintain secure access controls, password vaults, and file system integrity
o Monitor and enforce data security policies and compliance standards
o Collaborate with developers, security, and IT teams to streamline tool usage and resolve issues
oDocument configurations, procedures, and best practices in Confluence
Collaboration: Partner with application development /infrastructure SMEs, and security teams to align strategies and ensure compliance with organizational standards. Partner with platform engineering teams in support of lifecycle management for all our products.
Documentation & Enablement: Author andmaintainplatform documentation, runbooks, and best practices. Deliver training and onboarding sessions for new team members.
Continuous Improvement:Identifyopportunities to enhance platform usability, automation coverage, and developer experience.
Troubleshooting & Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using best practices. Execute strategies to restore services promptly and address disruptions.
What you have
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in systemengineering, DevOps, or infrastructure support
Strong hands-on experience with GitHub ecosystem and CI/CD tools
Proficiencywith both Windows and Linux operating systems
Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-code tools
Familiarity with security practices including certificate management and patching
Solid understanding ofnetworking, authentication,and access control
Excellent troubleshooting,scripting,and automationskills (e.g., Bash,PowerShell, Python)
Strong communicationand documentation abilities.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and processes (Agile, Kanban)
Ability to support and mentor users, including running office hours andprovidingtechnical guidance.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, platform governance, and automation best practices.
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
PreferredQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, or related field, or anadditional5+ years of relevant experience.
Certifications inAWS, Azure, or other cloud technologies
Experience with observability tools (e.g.,Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk)
Exposure to containerization andorchestration (Docker, Kubernetes
Experience working in 5,000+ users’ environment
Experience in Change Control process (Remedy/Helix)
Comfort level with the Atlassian toolset (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo)
Knowledge of security standards, compliance, and Role Based Access Control (RBAC) in automation environments.
