About this Position

The Market and Customer Activation Manager for Henkel Adhesive Technologies Brazil is responsible to define and align the MCA strategy, with focus on high-impact communication plans that drive customer engagement and sales growth.

The role, with team responsibility, bridges strategy and execution - developing content, managing digital channels and social media, orchestrating trade show presence, and launching campaigns tied to product innovation - while collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product management, and technical teams, and rigorously measuring ROI to optimize marketing investment.

What you´ll do

Develop and implement the annual marketing communications plan for Henkel Adhesive Technologies Industrial in Brazil, defining priorities across channels, aligning budget allocation to strategic objectives, and positioning Henkel as a thought leader at key industry events and trade shows

Build and execute an integrated content strategy aligned with global and regional direction, adapting campaigns, messaging, and product launches to local market needs and audience expectations

Drive customer engagement and sales growth through innovative communication channels, local activations, and a strong digital presence - including social media, SEO, CRM-linked campaigns, and performance dashboards

Implement lead management processes integrated with CRM tools to capture, track, and convert marketing-generated leads into sales opportunities, measuring ROI across all campaigns and events

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product management, technical teams, and regional leadership, while managing external agencies and vendors to ensure brand-aligned, high-quality execution within budget.

What makes you a good fit

This role calls for a marketing professional with 5–8 years of experience, ideally with a strong B2B and B2C background. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution - comfortable developing a communication plan one day and briefing a creative agency the next.

Solid experience in integrated marketing communications (digital, events, content, social)

Proven ability to define local activation plans and adapt global campaigns to local market dynamics in Brazil

Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ROI measurement

Strong influencing skills combined with outstanding cross-functional collaboration skills, especially interfacing with sales and technical teams

Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus given regional alignment)

A data-driven mindset with comfort presenting results to leadership

Experience managing external agencies and marketing budgets

Availability to work 3x per week in Jundiaí/SP.
