Motion Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for an AI-Powered Video Editor & Motion Designer who can blend creative storytelling, advanced editing skills, motion design expertise, and AI-powered workflows to create compelling content for social media, performance marketing, and brand campaigns. This role will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of Miracles of Turmeric by creating high-performing, social-first content while maintaining premium beauty aesthetics and brand consistency. The ideal candidate is passionate about emerging AI tools, understands performance-driven content, and has a strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual design.

Key Responsibilities

Social-First Editing & Performance Storytelling

● Edit high-performing UGC-style videos for Instagram, Meta, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.

● Create compelling hooks, transitions, captions, and storytelling structures optimized for engagement, retention, and conversions.

● Transform raw creator footage into polished, premium-quality content aligned with brand guidelines.

● Analyze content performance and continuously optimize edits based on engagement metrics and campaign objectives. Brand Storytelling & Editorial Content

● Develop visually sophisticated product films, campaign videos, founder stories, and launch content.

● Contribute to storytelling, sequencing, pacing, and emotional narrative development.

● Ensure all content reflects premium beauty aesthetics and maintains brand consistency. AI-Led Video Creation & Motion Design

● Leverage AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Sora, Hailuo, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and other emerging technologies.

● Build and refine AI-assisted workflows to enhance speed, creativity, and production quality.

● Create AI-generated visual concepts, backgrounds, motion elements, and storytelling assets while ensuring visual consistency. Motion Graphics & Post-Production

● Design motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, and visual effects.

● Perform color correction, sound design, audio synchronization, and final video finishing.

● Deliver platform-specific content formats optimized for different marketing channels. Creative Collaboration & Content Innovation

● Collaborate closely with brand, content, performance marketing, and creative teams.

● Participate in campaign ideation and content planning discussions.

● Stay updated with industry trends, AI innovations, social media best practices, and emerging content formats.

Candidate Profile Experience

● 4-8 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, post-production, or content creation.

● Proven experience creating social-first and performance-driven content.

● Experience in beauty, skincare, fashion, lifestyle, luxury, wellness, or premium D2C brands is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

● Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

● Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve and Final Cut Pro.

● Experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar 3D tools is a plus.

● Familiarity with AI-powered video generation and creative tools such as Runway, Sora, Kling, Hailuo, Firefly, Midjourney, Pika, etc.

● Strong understanding of color grading, motion design, sound design, and post-production workflows. Core Competencies
