Key Responsibilities

Corporate Social Media Ownership

● Own MoreTasks' LinkedIn and X accounts end to end. Strategy, content calendar,

and publishing.

● Develop and execute a content strategy that positions MoreTasks as a credible,

forward-thinking corporate entity.

● Build a consistent and distinctive corporate voice across both platforms.

● Stay on top of relevant industry conversations and insert MoreTasks into them

meaningfully.

● Create and publish content that reflects MoreTasks' culture, operating model,

milestones, and organizational values.

● Translate internal wins, team achievements, and company updates into compelling

public-facing content.

● Collaborate directly with the CEO to shape and execute the corporate narrative.

● Develop a content mix that balances thought leadership, culture, hiring, and business

updates.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications Good to have)

● 2 to 5 years of experience managing corporate or organizational social media, not

consumer brand or product social media.

● Demonstrated experience running LinkedIn and X for a company, not just personal

accounts.

● Strong writing skills with the ability to craft content that is sharp, credible, and not

generic.

● Comfortable working directly with a founder or CEO without needing heavy briefing or

hand-holding.

● Someone who understands the difference between corporate social media and brand

social media and has lived that difference in a previous role.

● PR or corporate communications agency experience is a bonus, not a requirement

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
