Associate Software Engineer

This role is Office Based, Hyderabad Office

We are building next-generation platforms that leverage AI and machine learning to transform how organizations understand, develop, and deploy talent. Our applications serve enterprise clients and individual users through sophisticated web interfaces that handle complex data visualization, real-time analytics, and multi-tenant architectures.

The candidate should have a strong foundation in data engineering concepts, cloud technologies, SQL, and Python. Work on building scalable data pipelines, processing large datasets, and supporting cloud-based analytics solutions using technologies such as BigQuery, AWS, Apache Kafka, and Spark.

In this role you will…

Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based data pipelines.

Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows for structured and semi-structured data.

Develop data ingestion pipelines using Apache Kafka and other streaming technologies.

Work with Google BigQuery for data warehousing, querying, and performance optimization.

Develop solutions using AWS services such as AWS Glue.

Write efficient SQL queries and optimize database performance.

Develop Python-based data processing applications.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data pipeline reliability.

Ensure data quality, security, and governance standards are maintained.

Support CI/CD deployment and automation for data engineering workloads.
