About the role

Role Summary

We are seeking an AI Specialist / Business Analyst to support the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions across the credit lifecycle. You will work closely with business, risk, and technology teams to enhance credit decisioning, risk monitoring, and lending processes through AI and data-driven insights.

Roles & Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements for AI-enabled credit and risk solutions.

Collaborate with business, risk, and technical teams to improve credit origination and underwriting processes.

Support the design and enhancement of AI-driven Early Warning Signal (EWS) and risk monitoring frameworks.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support solution delivery.

Prepare business documentation, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and support UAT activities.

Ensure solutions align with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech.

Strong knowledge of Credit Origination, Credit Risk, Loan Underwriting, Early Warning Signals (EWS), and Portfolio Management.

Understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

Experience with business analysis documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories) and Agile methodologies.

Familiarity with Python, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is an advantage.

Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
