Description
The Cash Flow Controller supports Group FP&A by forecasting, monitoring, and optimizing Free Cash Flow and Net Working Capital. The role works cross-functionally (Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Trade Finance, Industrial Controlling), contributing to risk assessment and process improvement through rigorous analysis and the proactive identification of improvement opportunities. It offers strong exposure to Group operations and stakeholders, fostering a solid understanding of internal processes and systems.
Your day-to-day activities
Lead the annual Cash Flow Budget and Hard Forecast, coordinating Markets and consolidating at Group level.
Prepare short- and long-term cash flow projections, with focus on Net Working Capital by geography.
Support definition and monitoring of the Net Financial Position.
Analyze variances vs Budget and Forecast, providing clear insights to management.
Ensure alignment and timely delivery across cross-functional teams (Accounting, Treasury, Trade Finance, Tax, Industrial Controlling).
Support FP&A and Strategic Controlling in reporting and management presentations.

2–3 years’ experience in Accounting, Auditing, or Controlling (multinational context).
Strong Excel and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and stakeholder management.
Project management and problem-solving capabilities.
Solid accounting knowledge and financial understanding.
Fluent English; cross-functional finance experience is a plus.

The role is classified at Level 2 under the Italian CCNL Industria Alimentare
Initial annual gross salary of minimum € 45.000
Premio per Obiettivi (PPO) equal to € 2.500 at target level for 2026
