Site Manager - Reading Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + Package Location: Reading Sector: Super Prime Residential

we're working with a well-established regional contractor known for delivering high-end residential and super-prime homes across Berkshire and Oxfordshire. Their work is focused on bespoke private residences with projects typically ranging from £1m to £3m.

Following the award of several new schemes, they are looking to appoint a Site Manager for a single super-prime residential project in Reading. Acting as the No.2 on site, you'll support the day-to-day delivery of a one-off private home, helping to coordinate trades, manage programme and maintain the high standards expected on a quality-led build.

This role will suit someone who enjoys the detail of bespoke construction, takes pride in running an organised site, and understands the level of finish required on high-end residential projects.

What They're Looking For

Experience working on high-end residential or bespoke private build projects

Good all-round site management skills, including subcontractor coordination, quality control and health & safety

A practical, organised approach with the confidence to keep things moving on site

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with both trades and professional teams

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are essential
