Job description

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Operations Manager and you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day hotel operations, leading department heads and ensuring outstanding service delivery across all areas in the hotel. You will play a key role in driving performance, improving guest satisfaction and achieving financial targets. The successful candidate will be a proud ambassador for Bellinter House Hotel & Bathhouse Spa.

Key responsibilities for the role will include:

· Oversee daily hotel operations in all areas of the hotel, to ensure efficiency and high service standards.

· Lead, motivate and develop departmental teams.

· Manage budgets, control costs and maximise revenue opportunities.

· Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

· Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and improvements

· Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

· Proven experience in a hotel operations or management role.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: From €42,000.00 per year
