Front End Developer

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain responsive and high-performance web applications

Translate UI/UX designs into clean, reusable, and efficient code

Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and services

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness

Implement best practices in security, performance, and accessibility

Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

Contribute to continuous improvement of front-end architecture and development practices

Required Skills & Experience

Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

Solid understanding of programming fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles

Experience building responsive and dynamic web applications

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in a secure, compliance-driven environment

Desirable Skills

Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js or React

Understanding of state management libraries (Vuex, Redux, or similar)

Knowledge of front-end build tools

Awareness of web security principles

Experience working in government or enterprise-scale environments

Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG compliance)

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
