Duties

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to evaluate company performance, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

Prepare detailed financial reports that clearly communicate insights, trends, and recommendations for management.

Support budgeting and forecasting processes by developing accurate financial models aligned with organizational goals.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards such as IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), and SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) regulations.

Perform account analysis and reconcile discrepancies in financial statements to maintain data integrity.

Assist in regulatory reporting and ensure all financial documentation adheres to legal and corporate standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cost accounting initiatives, pricing strategies, and investment evaluations to optimize financial performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are a plus.

Proven experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or public accounting roles.

Strong understanding of financial concepts including profit & loss management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement preparation.

Proficiency with financial software tools and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and report writing.

Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as IFRS, GAAP, SOX compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently under tight deadlines.

Demonstrated expertise in technical accounting, cost accounting, pricing strategies, and investment analysis.

Strong analytical thinking combined with effective communication skills for interpreting complex financial data clearly.
