Kickstart your leadership journey with our Manager in Training (MIT) Program - an immersive sixteen-week onboarding and learning experience (six months for Accounting Manager candidates) in the same discipline where you’ll begin your career. Upon successful completion, you’ll transition into a leadership role in that same market, such as Front Desk Manager, Housekeeping Manager, Restaurant Manager, Sous Chef, Accounting Manager, or Sales Manager, making an immediate impact while growing your career with us.
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
Work in the right role, in the right hotel, in the right city - maximizing your talents and potential.
Learn company policies, service standards, and safety/health regulations.
Learn how to schedule associates, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
Practice conflict resolution and associate coaching.
Shadow department leaders to understand workflows.
Complete extensive training specific to your role.
Be placed directly into a leadership role that maximizes your talent and education.
What You’ll Bring
