Job Summary
Gram Envo Solution Private Limited is looking for a creative, innovative, and detail-oriented Creative Designer to create visually appealing designs that strengthen the company's brand identity. The Creative Designer will be responsible for designing marketing materials, social media creatives, recruitment campaigns, corporate branding, client presentations, and promotional content while maintaining brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities1. Graphic Design
Design social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, standees, and advertisements.
Create company presentations, proposal templates, and client-facing documents.
Develop branding materials including business cards, ID cards, letterheads, certificates, and company profiles.
Design event backdrops, invitation cards, and promotional materials.
2. Digital Marketing Creatives
Design creatives for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
Create engaging promotional campaigns for recruitment and business development.
Design email templates and marketing newsletters.
Develop website banners and digital advertisements.
3. Video Editing & Motion Graphics
Edit promotional videos, recruitment videos, and corporate videos.
Create reels, short videos, and animated posts for social media.
Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and effects.
Prepare video content for client presentations and company events.
4. Branding & Corporate Identity
Maintain brand consistency across all company materials.
Develop creative concepts for campaigns and events.
Create logos, icons, illustrations, and infographics when required.
Ensure all designs align with company branding guidelines.
5. HR & Internal Communication Support
Design employee appreciation certificates.
Create joining announcements, birthday wishes, work anniversaries, and festival greetings.
Design training materials and induction presentations.
Prepare notice board posters and internal communication creatives.
6. Client & Sales Support
Design project proposals and company portfolios.
Create quotation formats and marketing brochures.
Prepare client presentations and pitch decks.
Support sales and business development teams with promotional materials.
7. Printing & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with printing vendors for brochures, flex boards, ID cards, and promotional items.
Ensure print quality and correct specifications.
Verify artwork before printing.
8. File Management
Maintain organized folders for all creative assets.
Archive project files for future reference.
Ensure proper naming conventions and version control.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Experience
1–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Creative Designer.
Experience in corporate branding, digital marketing, or advertising is preferred.

Working Hours
Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM – 06:00 PM
Additional support during company events or urgent campaigns, if required.

Additional Responsibilities
Maintain confidentiality of company designs and marketing materials.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
Suggest innovative ideas for branding and marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain a digital library of templates and creative assets.
Support recruitment drives, corporate events, and CSR activities through impactful visual communication.
Ensure all creative outputs are delivered within agreed timelines and meet company quality standards.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
