The place where customer experience, product, people and operations come together. Your role is to connect the rhythm of the store. Every touchpoint - from the shop floor to the fitting room, from product presentation to stockroom processes - helps shape how customers feel and how the team performs. You read your department through its people, product and results. You stay close to KPIs, sales, customer flow and commercial priorities, identifying opportunities and turning them into clear daily action. This role is about balancing strategy with execution. You support sales, maintain image standards, optimize workflows and help create a store that feels organized, commercial and alive. We want people who lead with clarity, energy and care. What you’ll do - Support the Store Manager in leading daily store performance - Analyze KPIs and identify opportunities to improve results - Guide and motivate the team to deliver strong customer experience - Maintain product presentation, image standards and store organization - Support sales, replenishment, stockroom and cashier processes - Train, coach and develop team members in daily best practice - Work with managers across the store to align priorities, standards and pace What we’re looking for - Experience leading teams in a fast-paced retail environment - Strong understanding of customer experience, product and operations - Ability to analyze results and turn opportunities into action - Clear communication and confidence guiding different teams - Strong organization, adaptability and decision-making skills - A genuine interest in fashion, people and commercial performance - Availability to work full-time, 38 hours per week, across a mix of weekdays and weekends Why join us - 25% staff discount in store and online at Zara - Ongoing learning and development from day one - Real opportunities to grow within the business - A team environment where you’re encouraged to contribute, learn and evolve Our approach We see fashion as a way to express identity and create change.
