Your Impact
You’ll be part of the Non Alc Innovation team, helping bring new products to life from concept through to launch. You will lead a portfolio of projects across the innovation pipeline, ensuring they move efficiently through the Stage and Gate process and are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to business priorities.
Reporting to the Head of Innovation Non Alc, you will lead a small team and work closely with stakeholders across brand, category, supply chain and technical teams to bring new products to market and support ongoing commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end to end delivery of multiple NPD and commercial projects from Gate 0 through to launch
Manage complex project timelines, risks and dependencies across packaging, regulatory and production requirements
Own the Stage and Gate process for assigned projects, ensuring all inputs and milestones are met
Provide clear visibility on project status, risks and resource requirements
Partner with cross functional teams including innovation, brand, finance, category, legal and manufacturing
Support innovation and brand teams with execution and implementation of new products
Manage project budgets and flag cost risks early
Lead and develop a small team, allocating workload and driving accountability
Contribute to improving ways of working, tools and processes across the innovation function
About You
You are practical, commercially aware and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment. You bring structure and clarity, while working well with a wide range of stakeholders to get things moving.
You will also bring:
6+ years experience in product development or project management within food or beverage
Strong experience managing end to end NPD or commercial projects
Experience working with cross functional teams including supply chain and manufacturing
Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes to tight timelines
Confident stakeholder management across a range of seniority levels
Experience with Stage and Gate or similar project frameworks
Ability to turn information into clear updates, actions and next steps
