About Position

We are looking for a DevOps IAM Engineer to automate and operate Identity & Access Management platforms using DevOps practices.

Role: DevOps IAM

Location: Pune

Experience: Between 8 to 12 Years

Job Type: Full Time Employment

What You’ll Do

Automate deployment, configuration, and operations of IAM platforms.

Build CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code for IAM environments.

Develop scripts and integrations to streamline identity operations.

Ensure availability, resilience, and security of IAM infrastructure.

Collaborate with IAM and platform teams on releases and upgrades.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and document IAM platform operations.

Expertise You’ll Bring

Between 8 to 12 years of experience in DevOps for Identity & Access Management.

Experience operating IAM platforms with a DevOps mindset.

Strong skills in CI/CD, IaC (Terraform), and scripting (Python/Bash).

Knowledge of IAM/IGA or PAM tooling and identity concepts.

Experience with cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containers.

Understanding of security and automation best practices.

Good troubleshooting and documentation skills.
