About Position:

We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in Python and modern AI frameworks. The role involves building scalable backend systems, developing RAG pipelines, and orchestrating AI-driven workflows across enterprise platforms in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python frameworks like FastAPI

Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines

Work with LangChain and LlamaIndex to develop AI-powered applications

Integrate vector databases such as Milvus for efficient data retrieval

Orchestrate workflows across enterprise systems including Dataiku DSS

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions

Ensure high performance, scalability, and responsiveness of backend systems

Expertise You'll Bring:

B.Tech/B.E with 5–8 years of relevant backend development experience

Strong hands-on expertise in Python for backend services

Experience building scalable APIs and microservices architecture

Hands-on experience with LangChain and LlamaIndex frameworks

Solid understanding and implementation of RAG pipelines

Experience working with vector databases such as Milvus

Exposure to enterprise platform integrations like Dataiku DSS

Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and best practices

Working knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Experience with AI Agents and Agentic AI systems

Integration with LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)

Knowledge of MCP, multi-agent architectures, and tool-calling frameworks

Experience in vector search optimization and hybrid search

Understanding of prompt engineering and optimization

Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
