About the Roles

We are seeking an HVAC Solutions Sales Engineer to join an industrial equipment manufacturer based in Boon Lay. This is a permanent, full-time role with a Monday to Friday schedule (8.30am – 5.30pm), offering a competitive salary of up to $5,500, along with transport allowance and variable bonus. What You’ll Be Doing

Identify and engage prospective clients across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors

Develop and execute effective sales plans to achieve targets and market presence

Collaborate with the engineering team to propose tailored HVAC solutions for clients

Conduct site assessments alongside subcontractors and vendors for HVAC upgrading projects, including chiller plant and airside systems

Deliver technical presentations and prepare detailed proposals for clients

Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation through to deal closure

Draft and negotiate contracts in accordance with company guidelines and client requirements

Compile sales reports and forecasts for management review

Support additional tasks as assigned by the reporting manager

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering, or a related discipline

2 to 4 years of relevant experience within the HVAC industry

Strong customer-oriented approach with a focus on relationship building

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and clients
