About the Roles
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join a construction team based in Jurong West on a permanent basis. This role follows a 5.5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm; Saturday, 9:00am–1:00pm) and offers a competitive salary of up to $3,500 with variable bonus. It’s an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build their experience in project coordination within the construction industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinate daily project activities and liaise with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations
Maintain and organize project documentation, including drawings logs, material submissions, method statements, RFIs, and correspondence
Monitor project timelines and follow up on outstanding tasks to keep schedules on track
Support procurement processes by sourcing quotations, tracking purchase orders, and managing delivery schedules and site materials
Arrange and facilitate site meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items
Work closely with the site team to compile progress updates, manpower records, and routine reports
Assist in preparing and submitting documents for client and consultant approvals
Ensure proper filing systems are in place for easy document retrieval
Provide general administrative support for project-related matters as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline
1–3 years of experience in construction projects, preferably with a main contractor or subcontractor
Ability to interpret and manage construction documents such as drawings, specifications, and submission records
Valid Class 3 Driving license
