We are actively recruiting dynamic, charismatic Dutch speakers to become the premier on-camera personalities for our live-streamed digital productions based in central Madrid. As a live presenter, you will combine professional showmanship with brand ambassadorship. Operating from a state-of-the-art studio, you will anchor Dutch-language broadcasts and engage in real-time with a global audience.
Core Responsibilities & Daily Workflow
As an Interactive Broadcast Anchor, your daily operations will include:
On-Air Hosting: Lead fast-paced, interactive online broadcasts with a polished and highly energetic presentation style.
Viewer Engagement: Interact with audiences via a live chat interface to cultivate a welcoming virtual community and optimize viewer retention.
Visual Standards: Maintain flawless personal presentation, grooming, and communication etiquette while on camera.
Operational Precision: Adhere to rigorous procedural rules to ensure complete fairness, transparency, and accuracy for every live transmission.
Production Collaboration: Work in close synchronization with control room technicians and floor managers to guarantee seamless show execution.
Remuneration & Performance Incentives
Our financial package is strategically structured to reward both your Dutch linguistic expertise and your on-camera performance:
Projected Monthly Income: €1,850 – €2,100 gross value prior to tax deductions.
Guaranteed Base Pay: A reliable monthly base salary of €1,500.
Linguistic Premium: An additional €4.00 per hour for all active on-air broadcasting time.
Performance Quality Bonus: Earn up to an extra €3.00 per hour based on work excellence benchmarks.
Shift Premium: A 20% salary increase applicable to all hours worked during the overnight shift (22:55 – 08:00).
Earning Potential: Opportunities to take on full-time, 40-hour weekly schedules to maximize your take-home pay.
