As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will help lead daily operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences, ensure smooth service execution, and foster an engaging and motivated team environment.

What You’ll Do

This role oversees private dining between 2 restaurant outlets; 8Eleven Modern Bistro and Boilerhouse Prime

Respond promptly to private dining inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.

Conduct site visits and consultations with prospective guests.

Prepare customized proposals, menus, contracts, and event details.

Identify opportunities to upsell food, beverage, and additional services.

Build relationships with repeat guests, local businesses, university groups, and community organizations.

Assist in achieving private dining revenue goals for both restaurant locations.

Partner with restaurant managers, chefs, and service teams to ensure successful event execution.

Attend and oversee select events to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Act as the primary liaison between guests and restaurant teams before, during, and after events.

What You’ll Bring

Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality, restaurants, catering, sales, or event coordination.

Strong organization, planning, and team development skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Micros POS systems.

Excellent customer focus and problem-solving abilities.

Previous experience coordinating private dining, catering, banquets, or special events preferred.

Experience working in upscale dining or hotel environments.

Ability to lift or carry up to 40 pounds and move between hot and cold environments as needed.

College degree preferred.
