The Human Resources Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract and hire top talent. This position focuses on advising effective recruitment strategies, partnering with hiring teams, and delivering a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business hiring needs

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment guidance

Source candidates using multiple channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals

Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural alignment

Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding

Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and candidate data

Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure hiring effectiveness

Provide regular updates and reporting to leadership on hiring progress

Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or transferrable knowledge and skills

Thorough knowledge of recruitment best practices and Canadian Employment legislation

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
