Duties

Lead the management of daily health club operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery

Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, retention, and membership growth

Manage staff scheduling, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and professional team

Handle guest services with a focus on personalized attention, resolving concerns promptly and professional

Promote a welcoming hospitality environment that aligns with resort standards and elevates guest experiences

Experience

Proven management experience within a health club, resort, or hospitality setting with a focus on customer service excellence

Strong background in the fitness industry management, including planning and executing fitness marketing game plans as well as building business to business relationships to grow the membership dues in the facility

Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of member experience. Also building the brand of L.A. fitness in the city

Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and connect with diverse guests

Pay: $63,599.00 - $91,252.00 per year
