Position Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished and highly strategic Vice President of Operations to lead and optimize a large-scale, multi-client operational portfolio. This executive will serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for driving operational performance, client satisfaction, financial results, and scalable growth across a complex service delivery environment.
This role extends beyond day-to-day operations management. The Vice President will function as a business leader who combines strategic vision, operational rigor, financial acumen, and client partnership expertise to accelerate organizational performance. The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of leading large teams, managing significant P&L responsibility, developing KPI-driven operating models, and implementing process improvements that create measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Business Performance
Develop and execute operational strategies that align with organizational objectives, client commitments, and growth initiatives.
Establish KPI-driven performance frameworks that improve efficiency, profitability, and service delivery outcomes.
Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for operational scale, organizational effectiveness, and long-term business growth.
Client Operations & Service Delivery
Oversee end-to-end client operations, ensuring consistent execution, service quality, and operational excellence across the portfolio.
Build and maintain executive-level client relationships while serving as a strategic advisor on operational performance and business outcomes.
Drive initiatives that enhance client satisfaction, retention, and account growth opportunities.
P&L Accountability
Own operational P&L performance, ensuring achievement of revenue, margin, productivity, and profitability targets.
Lead forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning efforts while identifying opportunities to improve financial performance.
Utilize operational and financial analytics to guide decision-making and optimize business results.
Process Optimization & Operational Excellence
Evaluate and redesign operational processes, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives that leverage data, technology, and best practices to enhance performance.
Implement governance structures and operating standards that drive accountability and measurable outcomes.
Leadership & Talent Development
Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team of operational leaders capable of supporting organizational growth.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Drive succession planning and leadership development initiatives to strengthen long-term organizational capability.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is an enterprise-level operations executive with a demonstrated history of delivering operational transformation, financial performance, and client success within a high-growth, service-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, client services, business operations, or a related field.
Proven experience managing large-scale operations with significant P&L responsibility.
Demonstrated success driving KPI-based performance improvements, operational transformation, and process optimization.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Exceptional strategic thinking, financial acumen, and executive-level communication skills.

Pay & Benefits:
Salary Range: $175,000-$200,000/yr.
