Mott MacDonald is hiring experienced infrastructure professionals to support and grow our presence across the Region of Peel and Region of Waterloo. These roles focus on delivering complex municipal infrastructure projects and building strong client partnerships across transit, heavy civil, and broader municipal programs.
As a Client Manager, you will lead strategic growth and oversee key client relationships across the region. This role focuses on driving major pursuits, building executive-level partnerships, and guiding infrastructure programs.
What You Will Do
Lead relationships with senior municipal stakeholders
Drive growth across infrastructure programs and accounts
Lead major pursuits, bids, and strategic opportunities
Provide oversight of project delivery and performance
Mentor teams and support development of future leaders
What You Bring
Minimum of 15 years of experience in infrastructure
Established relationships with Region of Peel and/or Region of Waterloo (required)
Proven success in winning and delivering major projects
Strong leadership, commercial, and stakeholder management skills

Multiple factors such as qualifications, overall experience and position responsibilities will be used to determine the successful candidate's actual salary within the expected range.
The expected salary range for this position is from $162,000 - $199,000

Compensation
