Required Skill Set
Skills and Responsibilities:
Must-Have
Good years of experience in software quality assurance.
Experience in test automation using Selenium and Java.
Solid understanding of end-to-end testing frameworks and methodologies.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exposure to cloud-based/ migration projects testing.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
Ability to drive quality initiatives and continuous improvement.
Good-to-Have
Understanding of Mortgage origination, underwriting, servicing, or related financial processes is highly preferred.
Roles and Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end (E2E) testing strategy, planning, and execution across multiple applications and systems.
Mentor and guide QA team members, driving best practices in testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality product delivery.
Automation testing scope and managing them.
API testing and ensure validation of service-layer integrations.
Ensure defect tracking, reporting, and resolution in alignment with project timelines.
Salary Range Format:
Base Salary Range: 90,000 CAD/Yr – 120,000 CAD/Yr..
