TASKS
Independently coordinate and proactively drive projects and activities, incl. design of initiatives to further enhance the global Compliance Management Program of the Knorr-Bremse Group
Support the development and maintenance of digital, automated, and highly data driven compliance approaches, including the evaluation and implementation of AI use cases in the compliance environment
Execute Compliance risk analysis and Compliance control procedures, including the evaluation of business processes, analysis of financial transactions and structural relations as well as external business relevant developments to identify Compliance risks across the Knorr-Bremse Group
Manage the design, implementation and execution of Compliance risk mitigation measures and Compliance requirements across Knorr-Bremse Group entities
Manage Compliance M&A projects, including the execution of Business Partner Due Diligence activities in accordance with the established Business Partner Processes and Guidelines
Work closely with interface functions and other (regional) business functions to support efficient and targeted Compliance Management procedures
Serve as contact partner giving preventive advice to Knorr-Bremse Management and employees on compliance-relevant questions and issues, in the areas of anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, fraud/embezzlement, and anti-trust matters
Foster and encourage a culture of integrity and an open speak-up culture
Act as a strategic advisor to Regional Compliance Officers worldwide, guiding the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Compliance Management System (CMS)
PROFILE
Master degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Economics, Law or similar specialization is beneficial. International experience is desired
Minimum 6 years of professional experience, out of which 4 years of operational experience in the field of Compliance/Risk Management.
Strong business acumen and the ability to align compliance with operational business objectives
Experience working with compliance IT tools, reporting solutions (e.g. Power BI), and complex system landscapes
Excellent understanding of data, digital processes, automation, and analytics
Strong interpersonal communication, intercultural collaboration, change and project management, presentation/moderation action, orientation/problem solving skills
High degree of integrity, confidentiality, trust and accountability
Solid degree of flexibility, co willingness to travel or situational adaptability
Proficient in German and English (business fluent), any other language is beneficial
