Job Description
$50,000-$80,000 year range with salary and bonuses
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team at 221 Mineral Springs Rd in Owatonna, United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, ensuring optimal performance, and driving business growth.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
Manage and mentor a team of department heads and staff members

Qualifications
