We are seeking an Senior Account Executive to join our team at Koerber Pharma Software, Inc. The Senior Account Executive leads strategic sales efforts for high-value opportunities and complex accounts. This role involves deep industry engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring junior team members.

Your role in our team

You will drive new business in strategic accounts and emerging markets

Lead high-stakes negotiations and multi-stakeholder engagements

Partner with marketing and product teams to shape go-to-market strategy

Mentor Associate and mid-level Account Executives

You will represent the company at industry events and conferences

Provide feedback to leadership on market trends and customer needs

Your profile

You have 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales

Deep knowledge of pharma, biotech, or regulated industries

Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills

Experience with complex sales cycles and solution selling
