Responsibilities:

The Opportunity

Lead the Indirect Procurement organization for PepsiCo Beverages North America.

Your Impact

As Global Procurement Manager your scope would consist of:

Lead and develop capability of a team responsible for 46 Representatives

Ensure Accounts Payable duties are executed in compliance within internal audit (SAG/SOX) guidelines

Partner with key stakeholders for adherence and coordination of key business initiatives

Resolve any escalated customer or vendor inquiries in a professional and efficient manner

Collaborate and maintain high levels of communication with all stakeholders (Operations, Logistics, Sales,

Warehouse, Fleet, HQ)

Identify trends and recommend corrective action measures when needed

Proactively work to identify new ways of working to deliver efficiency gains

Lead change initiatives and embrace change to deliver key business imperatives

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.

5 – 7 Years of experience managing people

Advanced English Fluency required - written and verbal

Continuous improvement and Problem solving demonstrated background

Strong analytical background, with an ability to analyze complex problems to find actionable, pragmatic solutions

Stakeholder management and communication skills

Accounts payables, Global procurement technical knowledge is desirable

Demonstrated success managing a team of managers in a service-focused environment
