About the role

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We're looking for a results-oriented Tax Manager to review and approve product launches, support global expansion, and oversee the design and implementation of tax process control tools.

You'll manage local tax compliance in India, transfer pricing, and regulatory relationships with local authorities.

What you'll be doing

Establishing a process for tax review and approval of product launches and expansion efforts in India, while ensuring full compliance

Providing accurate tax advice to key stakeholders

Implementing appropriate tax policies and internal control frameworks

Supporting tax planning and initiatives, consulting management on the potential impacts and requirements related to direct and indirect tax legislation

Reviewing local country tax submissions and liaising with external advisors and internal financial controllers

Ensuring on-time filing of local country obligations

Implementing and delivering best-in-class tax reporting frameworks (accruals, true-ups, balance sheet reconciliation)

Drafting financial statements tax disclosures, including tax accounting impacts to equity, income, and non-income taxes, and statement of cash flows

Identifying ongoing and emerging tax risks, and mitigating where possible

Leading a team of tax team members, setting goals, and managing individual and team performance

What you'll need

3+ years of experience as a qualified tax professional

To be a chartered accountant

Experience in a large, recognised accounting firm or law practice

Extensive technical knowledge of direct and indirect taxes and an understanding of transfer pricing

Impressive analytical skills

Solid people management skills and experience

Nice to have

In-house experience at a high-performance fintech, top-tier retail bank, or fast-growing international business
