Role: ServiceNow SAM Developer
Location: Bengaluru
Exp: 4-12 yrs
Must have:
Implement and maintain the ServiceNow Software Asset Management module.
Manage the end-to-end software asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, usage, upgrades, and disposal.
Ensure software license compliance and audit readiness.
Analyze software usage data to identify cost-saving opportunities through re-harvesting, downgrade rights, or license optimization.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date software asset inventory in ServiceNow.
Integrate SAM data with Discovery, CMDB, and other ServiceNow modules.
Good to have:
experience in Software Asset Management or IT Asset Management (ITAM).
