About Veho
Veho’s mission is to power the future of commerce by making shopping, shipping and returns seamless for everyone.
We are building a modern, end-to-end logistics infrastructure designed entirely for the ever-evolving needs of ecommerce brands and everyday consumers.
Powered by next-generation technology and a vertically integrated supply chain, Veho gives brands and their customers unprecedented control over their deliveries and removes the pain from the ecommerce post-purchase experience. We make delivery the ‘extension of the brand’ and leverage it to create deeper loyalty and trust between brands and their customers, driving customer retention and lifetime value. Our rapidly growing client list includes leading consumer brands like Hello Fresh, Zara, Macy’s, Sephora, and more.
To truly build an iconic company, we strongly believe that our people and values must be aligned with our mission. As such, we take pride in our championship team, merit-based culture. We seek team players who want to compete, win, make an impact and build a legacy, and we reward performance and impact players with generous equity and incredible career growth opportunities.
About the Role
A great candidate:
Systems Thinker with an Eye for Detail – You see the big picture but also sweat the small details that make experiences seamless.
AI-Native Designer – You've already integrated AI into how you work - for research synthesis, ideation, system mapping, prototyping, or writing. You have informed opinions about where it accelerates the work and where it doesn't, and you're eager to push the boundary further.
Strong Facilitation & Influence – You excel at aligning teams around a shared vision, bringing stakeholders along through compelling storytelling and structured problem-solving.
Hands-On – You're comfortable getting into facilities, observing workflows firsthand, and rapidly iterating on solutions.
Data-Informed Designer – You use both qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions and refine designs for maximum impact.
Bias for Action – You thrive in fast-moving environments, making smart, strategic decisions that push the work forward.
What You'll Do
Define & Drive Strategy – Own the design vision for facilities tools and workflows, ensuring they scale with Veho's growth.
User-Centered Design – Conduct research with warehouse staff, operations managers, and drivers to deeply understand their pain points and optimize their workflows.
Design with AI as a Partner – Use AI tools across the design process: synthesizing research at scale, exploring system design tradeoffs, generating prototype variations, and stress-testing flows before they reach engineering. Help the team raise its collective AI fluency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to align on key priorities and drive seamless execution.
Prototyping & Testing – Rapidly prototype solutions (including with AI-assisted tools), validate ideas through user testing, and refine designs based on feedback.
Mentorship & Leadership – Advocate for best-in-class design practices, mentor designers, and help shape Veho's design culture - including how the team adopts and evaluates new AI workflows.
Be on the Ground – Spend a day on-site (in a warehouse) once a month to gain first-hand insights and foster strong relationships with local operations teams.
What You Bring
8+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex system design.
Experience designing for complex systems and enterprise tools.
Expertise in Figma and prototyping tools, with a deep understanding of interaction and service design.
Demonstrated fluency using AI tools as part of your design practice - research, exploration, prototyping, or documentation. Bonus if you can point to specific workflows you've built or shifted because of AI.
Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, define problems, and execute solutions at scale.
Experience leading user research and applying insights to inform design decisions.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders.
A passion for operational efficiency, problem-solving, and user advocacy.
