We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s).

Schwab Technology Services (STS) is at the forefront of enabling how clients manage their financial lives through modern, scalable, and reliable technology platforms. As a Senior Data Platform Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategy, adoption, and measurable impact of enterprise data platforms that power business decisions and client experiences.

In this role, you will serve as a strategic product leader for Schwab Data platform capabilities, operating at the intersection of business strategy, data, and technology. You will define vision, shape multi-year strategy and roadmaps, and drive adoption of data platforms that improve usability, enable better decision-making, and deliver measurable business value. This role requires someone who can translate complex business needs into scalable platform solutions, align priorities across stakeholders, and ensure investments generate meaningful outcomes and ROI.

You will partner closely with senior leaders, engineering teams, analysts, and platform users to bring clarity to complex problems, influence direction, and move initiatives from concept through execution. Success in this role requires strong executive communication, the ability to simplify technical concepts for business audiences, and comfort working across both strategic planning and hands-on delivery. You will lead working sessions, support prioritization and decision-making, manage risks and dependencies, and establish the rhythms, metrics, and stakeholder engagement needed to advance platform initiatives. As a subject matter leader for assigned platforms, you will help bridge business and technical teams, strengthen adoption, and continuously improve platform value across the enterprise.
