We are looking for a Associate IT Operations Engineer
What You Will Do?
You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability and performance across all systems. Your daily responsibilities will involve:
Monitoring and managing IT systems to prevent and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Collaborating proactively with team members and stakeholders to address and overcome operational challenges, enhancing customer satisfaction.
Implementing and maintaining IT protocols and best practices to ensure system security and data integrity.
Engaging in continuous improvement activities to refine processes and support innovation within the team.
Providing comprehensive support for IT issues, ensuring timely resolutions and clear communication with all parties involved.
Documenting system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides to support operational consistency and knowledge sharing.

What are we looking for?
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in IT operations or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in system administration, network management, and IT security protocols.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for documentation and coordination purposes.
Preferred:
Experience with virtualization and cloud technologies.
Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or similar.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
