Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will be an energetic team player with a diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field, capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of renewable energy projects.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and installation teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules.
Monitor project progress and update stakeholders accordingly.
Identify and address project issues or delays proactively.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
Support procurement and logistics of materials and equipment.
Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical field.
0 to 2 years of experience in project coordination
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Project).
Basic understanding of renewable energy systems is a plus.
