About the role

We are looking for a steady and responsible person to take care of a small VR arcade outlet. The outlet is not extremely busy, but the standard must be maintained every day. You must be punctual, organised, customer-friendly, and comfortable working alone.

Key responsibilities

Open and close the outlet

Prepare and charge VR headsets

Reset rooms after customers

Keep the outlet clean and presentable

Handle bookings and walk-in customers

Explain VR games to customers

Report any equipment issues early

Learn to troubleshoot system issues

Send simple daily photo/report updates

About you

Willing to learn and participate fully in our structured 3-month training program.

Responsible and punctual

Calm and patient with customers

Able to follow checklist

Not afraid to do cleaning and basic hands-on work

Must be able to work weekends/public holidays
