Mansioni:

gestione primo screening delle candidature e organizzazione dei colloqui

inserimento e aggiornamento anagrafiche del personale e gestione documentazione contrattuale

gestione presenze, ferie e permessi e supporto nella predisposizione della documentazione per lo studio paghe (contatti con il consulente esterno)

supporto nell'organizzazione di corsi di formazione e visite mediche periodiche

Retribuzione lorda mensile indicativa: 1.500-1.800 €

Requisiti:

diploma di scuola secondaria di secondo grado

buona conoscenza pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel

precisione, riservatezza e capacità organizzativa

esperienza non richiesta; valutiamo anche candidati senza esperienza
