Location: Hybrid - Cork (or Dublin Office)
Overview of Role
Micromail, now part of Presidio, is seeking to recruit a Sales Support Specialist. Micromail is one of Ireland's leading software reseller and licensing partner, with a strong focus on Microsoft and Adobe. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth sales operations while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Role Responsibilities
Placing orders via internal and vendor platforms
Preparing and sending quotations to customers
Manage and process incoming customer POs
Managing mailboxes
Become expert in our customer portal and ITSM platform
Provide end users of our customer portal with training and support
Dealing with initial customer queries or issues
Complete training from key vendors as required
Support Account Managers on key customer accounts
Process and maintain sales support material such as product price lists
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
Support internal teams with administrative tasks as needed.
Education, Qualifications and Skills
Understanding of the IT industry sales channel
Previous experience in a similar role is a strong advantage
Knowledge of vendor ordering platforms, such as Microsoft and Adobe, an advantage
Ability to build a rapport with customers, partners and colleagues
Strong organisation and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
Diploma or degree in Business, Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is a strong advantage
Fluent English (Written and Spoken)
EU citizen or Stamp 4 Work authorisation required
