About the role

As a Senior Data Analyst on the Global Business Intelligence team, you are an analytics partner to the Strategy and Insights team. You'll work on high-impact initiatives, leveraging your understanding of the business with the knowledge of data, workflows, methods and tooling to autonomously drive analysis and reporting.

This is a hands-on role where you'll identify the right data sources, build data models from the ground up, and own the definition and tracking of key performance metrics. You'll be responsible for delivering end-to-end data solutions that drive actionable insights and reporting.

You act as a go-to expert to FP&A, Accounting, and Strategy teams for data, analytics, reporting, methodology, and visualization. The Senior Data Analyst plays a key role in shaping the data and reporting landscape, coaching junior team members and collaborating with BI peers to define, promote, and maintain analytics best practices.

Autonomously manage a broad range of stakeholders, from operational to senior managerial roles, closely collaborating with Finance, Data Engineering, and Product teams.

Perform regular and ad-hoc analyses and data extracts to support decision-making.

Independently run data analysis from scoping to implementation, applying suitable methodologies and translating findings into actionable insights.

Lead data governance efforts by implementing automated quality checks, maintaining metric definitions, and ensuring consistency, accuracy, and integrity across all reporting.

Coach junior team members by sharing expertise, providing guidance, and promoting best practices across the BI team.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably in a B2B software or tech environment.

Solid knowledge of BI reporting tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.) with strong skills in data storytelling and visualization to drive strategic decisions.

Experience working with global FP&A, Accounting, Data engineering, and Product teams.
