CONTEXT
The E denred + Rollout Transformation Lead will be responsible for driving successful transformation in Business Unit (BU) and adoption during rollout phases of Edenred+ ecosystem .
The core mission is to ensure that each BU:
Successfully adopts the new solution and ways of working
Achieves operational readiness at go-live
Reaches sustainable autonomy post-rollout
We are addressed both mature and early markets, and big bang and phased rollout depending on the scope
YOUR ROLE
He/she will be in charge of:
Lead BU Transformation d uring Rollout :
L ead transformation activities across assigned BUs during rollout phases
Orchestrate all change levers: stakeholder alignment, communication, training, and adoption
Define and execute structured transformation plans, including:
- Sponsorship & stakeholder engagement strategy
- Communication & engagement roadmap
- Resistance anticipation and mitigation actions
Ensure consistency of transformation objectives while enabling local relevance
C onduct Change Impact & Adoption Analysis
Conduct change impact assessments and translate them into actionable plans
E nsure impacts are address ed through learning paths, operating model clarification, playbook usage
Contribute to As-Is / To-Be process clarification and simplification
Guide and support BU in the implementation of Target Operating Model
explain the operating model, ensure clarity in roles & responsibilities, ways of working
support the implementation and adjust training plan and skilling up plan accordingl y
Lead Capability Building & Readiness
Ensure effective execution of training and upskilling initiatives
Validate BU readiness for go-live through defined criteria
Support post-go-live reinforcement to secure sustainable adoption and performance
Collaborate with L&D and local teams to optimize learning approaches
Drive Standardization & Playbook Adoptio n
Promote the use of central playbooks, frameworks, and standards across BUs
Balance global standardization with local adaptation needs
Continuously improve playbook content based on field feedback and needs
Reduce dependency on central teams by building BU self-sufficiency
YOUR PROFILE
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar function, or in t ransformation, change management, or rollout delivery , Consulting, program delivery, or complex project environments . You are used to work in a multi-country environment.
You are graduated from a Master in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field .
Additional certifications in change management, project management, or process excellence are a plu s.
You have demonstrate d

Ability to simplify and standardize information
Experience in multi-country environment
Knowledge of Agile / Safe methodology
Languages required: fluent in English (mandatory) , Spanish i s a plus
