In this role, you'll:

Combine coordination with essential administrative responsibilities to support the Associate Director and Operational Managers. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient workflows, accurate documentation, and effective communication across the team, contributing to overall operational efficiency.

Acting as a central point of contact, you will demonstrate initiative, work with minimal supervision, and apply strong organisational and computer skills to manage a range of administrative and coordination tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

Provide high-level administrative support to the Associate Director and Operational Managers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through coordination of meetings, minute-taking, procurement, and general administrative tasks.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and registers, ensuring a high standard of record management with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Compile and document information to support reporting and operational documentation.

Independently manage and track site inductions for visitors and workers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Act as a central point of contact across teams, supporting communication and coordination of activities.

Please note: This onsite role requires flexibility to work across the Erskineville and Granville offices, in line with operational requirements.

About you

You are a task oriented professional willing to roll up your sleeves and getting the job done. Your strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills allow you to connect with individuals at all levels, including depot and site-based staff. You have the ability to think critically, adapt, and learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Intermediate proficiency in use of MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint) is essential to succeed in this role.

You possess:

Demonstrated medium to high-level computer skills across standard office systems.

Ability to perform as an autonomous operator, you thrive both independently and as part of a team, you are able to work independently with minimal supervision while showing initiative and sound judgement.

Great organisational skills with a strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, particularly in records management.

Knack of picking up new things and are a quick learner who can rapidly acquire new skills and effectively apply them in the role.

You will be flexible about working from the Erskineville and Granville offices as per operational requirement .
