Your Mission

We are looking for a Mid-Senior Python Developer to join our Content Supply Chain Platforms team delivery team and contribute directly to the automation, integration, and AI-augmented tooling that underpins our content supply chain. This is not a traditional software engineering role - we are looking for someone who is highly adaptable, curious about new technologies, and skilled at using AI tools like Claude and GitHub Copilot as genuine force multipliers. You will work alongside MarTech delivery leads and platform architects to build, extend, and maintain Python-based solutions that connect content platforms, automate workflows, and support AI-driven content operations. The ideal candidate is a problem solver at heart, a prompt engineer by practice, and a fast learner who actively embraces change.

What You’ll Do

1. Python Development & Automation

Build, maintain, and extend Python scripts, microservices, and automation pipelines supporting content supply chain workflows

Develop integrations between MarTech platforms (e.g., Veeva Vault, AEM, Workfront, DAM systems) using REST APIs and SDKs

Write clean, documented, reusable code with appropriate unit testing and version control (Git)

Optimize existing scripts and workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability

Participate in code reviews and contribute to team coding standards and best practices

2. AI-Augmented Development (Claude & GitHub Copilot)

Actively leverage Claude (Anthropic) and GitHub Copilot as core development tools - using them to accelerate coding, generate boilerplate, debug, and explore solutions

Design and engineer prompts for LLM-based tools to solve specific content supply chain automation and delivery challenges

Explore and prototype AI-assisted workflows that reduce manual effort in content operations

Stay current on new AI development tools, APIs, and capabilities; evaluate and recommend adoption of relevant new tooling

Document and share prompt engineering patterns and AI tool best practices with the broader delivery team

3. Platform Integration & Data Engineering

Build and maintain API integrations with enterprise MarTech platforms including content management, project management, and digital asset systems

Develop data transformation and ETL processes to support reporting, analytics, and workflow automation

Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, data quality issues, and pipeline errors

Work with architects to design scalable integration patterns and maintain technical documentation

4. Agile Delivery & Collaboration

Actively participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives

Collaborate closely with BAs, QA, and platform engineers to deliver sprint commitments

Proactively communicate progress, blockers, and risks to delivery leads

Support UAT and production validation of developed solutions

Contribute to effort estimation and sprint capacity planning

5. Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

Take ownership of ambiguous technical challenges - decompose problems, propose options, and drive to resolution

Proactively identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and propose automation or tooling improvements

Contribute to team knowledge by documenting solutions, patterns, and lessons learned in Confluence or equivalent

Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning

Python Proficiency - Expert-level Python development: clean, maintainable, well-tested code across scripts, APIs, and automation pipelines

AI Tool Fluency - Power user of Claude (Anthropic) and GitHub Copilot; uses these tools to accelerate development, debug faster, and augment code quality

Prompt Engineering - Ability to craft, iterate, and optimize prompts for LLM-based tools to solve real delivery and automation problems

Problem Solving - Breaks down ambiguous, complex technical challenges into pragmatic, phased solutions; comfortable working without a fully defined spec

Technology Learner - Actively seeks to upskill on emerging technologies, frameworks, and AI capabilities

Collaboration & Communication - Communicates clearly with non-technical stakeholders; works effectively in Agile cross-functional teams across time zones

Nearshore Delivery Mindset - Experienced in remote/nearshore team dynamics; reliable, proactive communicator with strong async collaboration habits

Required Qualifications

4–7 years of professional Python development experience in enterprise or MarTech environments

Demonstrated experience using Claude (Anthropic) or equivalent LLM tools and GitHub Copilot as active development aids

Practical prompt engineering skills: ability to craft, iterate, and optimize prompts for real automation and coding tasks

Strong experience with REST API integration and working with third-party platform SDKs

Proficiency with Git, version control workflows, and collaborative development practices

Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams with cross-functional stakeholders

Solid problem-solving capability - comfortable with under-defined requirements and iterative discovery

Strong async communication skills; experience in nearshore/remote delivery model

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with MarTech platforms: Veeva Vault, Adobe AEM, Workfront, or DAM/PIM systems

Familiarity with content supply chain, content operations, or omnichannel marketing technology

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Knowledge of data engineering tools: pandas, PySpark, Airflow, or equivalent pipeline frameworks

Exposure to ML frameworks or LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Hugging Face) for applied use cases

Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or highly regulated industry environments

Familiarity with validated system environments (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) is a plus

Proficiency in English (written and verbal) at a professional working level for EST-timezone collaboration
