About the role
At Jerome Clothiers, we're helping retailers around the world transform the way they sell custom clothing. As a leading made-to-measure (MTM) private-label supplier, we provide the tools, expertise, and support our partners need to build and grow successful MTM businesses.
We're looking for an Account Support professional to become a key point of contact for our global customer base. In this role, you'll combine customer service, account management, and operational coordination to ensure our partners receive exceptional support at every stage of their journey.
You'll work closely with retailers, suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to manage orders, solve challenges, coordinate logistics, and strengthen long-term customer relationships. No two days are the same—one moment you'll be helping a partner launch a new program, the next you'll be improving processes that enhance the customer experience across our business.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused. You'll enjoy a high level of autonomy, have the opportunity to influence how we work, and be part of a growing international company where your ideas and contributions truly matter.

B2B Account Support - Administration / Client Services
What we're looking for
2–3 years of experience in customer service, account support, or a similar client-facing role
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable improving processes
Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems and tools
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Additional languages (Dutch, German, French, or Spanish) are a plus
Interest in fashion or made-to-measure clothing is beneficial
