Project Manager

We currently have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Health & Education team and play a key role in delivering planned and project works that ensure consistent, high-quality service outcomes while driving continuous improvement. Reporting to the Operations Manager , you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

Lead the successful delivery of planned and project works across the TAFE Southbank site, ensuring outcomes align with contractual and service expectations

Build strong and collaborative relationships with stakeholders, supporting a seamless customer experience

Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard

Identify and implement service improvements that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery

Monitor project progress, ensuring risks are managed proactively and outcomes are consistently achieved

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in project delivery within facilities management, construction, or a related environment

Strong capability in managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple workstreams

Trade background (highly regarded) or relevant industry experience

Project Management qualification (desirable) or demonstrated practical experience

A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
