The Opportunity

This role focuses on managing key account relationships, marketing plant programs, and analyzing sales data. Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
Assist in managing corporate accounts across Canada/USA.
Analyze sales data to optimize sell-through and profitability at stores.
Assist in building marketing presentations, campaigns, reports, and seasonal recaps.
Help in finalizing orders, optimizing carts, and executing during the season.
Project and forecast quantities for upcoming seasons.
Contribute to a strong team environment by proactively identifying and addressing account needs.
Handle communication, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s of Business Administration (BBA), Data Analysis, Economics, or related field.
Exceptional ability to organize tasks and manage priorities effectively. High attention to detail.
Professional and growth mindset, showing respect for colleagues and customers alike.
Ability to cultivate customer loyalty through effective relationship building.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A strong drive to excel and a willingness to go above and beyond.
Willing to travel occasionally throughout the year, with a valid passport.
Competencies
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Familiarity with Microsoft PowerBI is an asset.
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot to improve speed, quality, and organization.

We offer a competitive compensation package based on education, experience, and demonstrated performance.
Hourly compensation: Starting at $26 per hour pending experience and qualification. Final offer based on experience.
